At Matrix Menswear Online Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return any unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
